Summer Strength & Power:
2 Classes Per Week
Athletes ages 10+ will increase strength, explosive power, speed and agility while decreasing risk of injury.
Two Classes Per Week, MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS: 4:30-5:30pm, June 30th-August 27th

One Class Per Week, either MONDAYS or WEDNESDAYS: 4:30-5:30pm, June 30th-August 27th

Cross Country Endurance, Speed & Strength Camp
6-week camp, starting July 7th, for cross country runners or any athlete looking to increase endurance and strength for fall sports
Middle School: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 6:00-6:45pm
Highschool: Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays 7:00-7:45pm

30-Minute Youth Circuit Training
30 minute class for kids ages 6+ of all abilities and fitness level, designed to increase agility, balance, endurance, strength and coordination.
