Unlimited Group Training: 1 month

Enjoy one month of unlimited access to our group training, spin and cardio class schedule.  

Personal training session including exercise demonstrations, form corrections, coaching and and motivation in our spacious, well ventilated facility with a certified personal trainer.

 One-on-One Training: 30 minute session

One-on-One Training: 10 Session Package

10 Personal training sessions including exercise demonstrations, form corrections, coaching and and motivation in our spacious, well ventilated facikitywith a certified personal trainer who will maintain 6 feet of social distance at all times.

Athlete Strength & Speed: 1 class per week, 1 month

Athletes ages 10+ will increase strength, explosive power, speed and agility while decreasing risk of injury.

One Class Per Week, either MONDAYS or WEDNESDAYS: 4:30-5:30pm

Athletes ages 10+ will increase strength, explosive power, speed and agility while decreasing risk of injury.

Athletes ages 6+ will learn the foundational movements and develop the strength and coordination to perform more advanced sports performance exercises in the future

30 Minute class designed for the specific performance and injury prevention needs of track and cross country athletes

Kids ages 6+ will get fit while having fun in this non-competitive, 30-minute circuit training class​​

30-minute class designed specifically to develop the power of rotational muscles used in sports such as baseball, softball, hockey, tennis, golf, lacrosse and more

30-minute class designed specifically to develop the the strengh, power and functional mobility required for the unique sports performance needs of gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders

Ten, 30-minute guided classes designed to help you achieve mental clarity, calm and a deeper sense of presence, ultimately leading to self-understanding and well-being.

Special Populations Restorative Training

For those who have been medically cleared to exercise but feel hesitant due to fear of re-injury or regression. SPR training is a highly specialized and systematic approach to redeveloping joint integrity, retraining muscle dysfunction and eliminating re-injury precursors. Package includes

45-minute initial evaluation, customized program design, and three 30-minute, one-on-one active learning sessions​​
