Group Strength​

Various resistance training workouts for every fitness level, designed to improve strength and power and reduce risk of injury.

Functional Intensity

A full-body, circuit training workout consisting of timed stations designed to increase function and performance through the use of fitness props such as kettle bells, ropes, medicine balls, suspension units, ground rotational devices, resistance bands, agility ladders and body weight exercises.

Cardio Training

Muscially-driven aerobic workouts designed to increase endurance.  Classes include Cycling, Cardio Kickboxing, Step, Trifit and more!

-Unlimited, In-Person Group Training: $159.00 per month

-In-Person Drop In $20.00 per class.
