14, private strength and conditioning classes running from November11-January 8th on Tuesdays (5-6pm) and Thursday (6:30-7:30pm). Price is based on a 16 person minimum per class.
Excluded dates: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, December 30th and New Years Day
