spring happenings

Core Fitness is excited to offer exciting new programs as part of our spring schedule including:

  • Opening of our outside training area to include 80' turf lane for sled, sprint and agility drills as well as specialized sports skills training

  • Walking Club to including walks right from Core Fitness (Henry Hudson Trail, Bayshore Park) as well as our beautiful local parks and beach!

  • Self Care Sundays, featuring meditation, and a calendar of  various health and wellness services and workshops
