Fall Student Programs
Strength and Conditioning
Students of all fitness levels, from sedentary individuals to elite athletes will develop the skills necessary to safely execute expertly designed strength and conditioning programs based on their sport-specific or basic fitness needs.
 
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 3:30pm
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 4:30pm
               Saturdays: 10:00am
 
 
Speed and Agility
Speed and agility are undeniably two of the most important components of athletic performance. In this class athletes will focus on change of direction speed, fleetness of feet and reaction time in linear and lateral directions.

"Core For a Cause" invites you to
SWING SLAM & SPIN!
Enjoy an hour long, three-part workout with kettle bells, battling ropes and stationary bikes to benefit Forever Hope, a non-profit organization which raises money for families of Monmouth and Ocean communities who are facing financial difficulties due to serious medical conditions.. All fitness levels welcome!.
