The game is simple...During the five weeks when the average American gains 3-5lbs of fat, you must GAIN NONE. That’s right!  We are not asking for progress, just simply maintain the results you already achieved and win!  All contestants who either maintain or decrease body fat will receive a prize pack including a gift certificate to Core Fitness! Change it up every week with a new exciting workout designed to take you out of your comfort zone for maximum fat-burning!  We can't ruin the surprise and tell you what to expect each week, but we can tell you its sure to be a high-energy, motivating class built for all fitness levels.  Classes to be featured: Step, Kickbox, Bootcamp, Cycling, Core Conditioning and more!
Want to really step it up?  Take Group Strength Training immediately following Cardio Mix at 6:45pm!

Burn fat and have fun before the feasting begins at this one-hour, Bootcamp Beats class!  Modifications of all exercises will be demonstrated so ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome!
After the event join us for light refreshments as we announce the winners of our Fall Phoenix Challenge and introduce our exciting upcoming programs!
