Summer Student Programs
Strength and Conditioning
Students of all fitness levels, from sedentary individuals to elite athletes will develop the skills necessary to safely execute expertly designed strength and conditioning programs based on their sport-specific or basic fitness needs.

10 Sessions: $150.00

Speed and Agility
Speed and agility are undeniably two of the most important components of athletic performance. In this class athletes will focus on change of direction speed, fleetness of feet and reaction time in linear and lateral directions.

Tuesday and Thursday:11:00am
Single Session: $15.00
Unlimited Sessions: $175.00
This innovative class starts with 30 minutes of cycling, then progresses to 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing and concludes with fifteen minutes of core training and full–body stretches.
75 minutes of fat-blasting!
Thursdays 6:00pm
Sundays: 8:15am
30-minute, fast paced, full-body strength training session.

Join the Core Fitness 5K Club!
week written training program.  Members will warm up as a group before races, cheer each other on at the line and party together after! Tips, advice and training runs will be posted on our 5K Club facebook page.  ( .
