In honor of Autism Awareness Month, “Core For a Cause” would like to invite you to help
 SHRED AUTISM
Friday, April 26, 7:00pm
$20.00 to participate. 100% proceeds to benefit
Come support autism awareness, education, research and programs while you get “Shredded”!  The Core Fitness Shred is a unique, fully  customizable, cardio cross training workout for EVERY FITNESS LEVEL!  After a group warm up and exercise demonstration, participants will choose their fitness level and begin their workout.  Core Fitness Trainers will be there to coach and motivate each participant as they strive to their workout. Exercise order, speed and intensity will be determined by each participant, but all will share a common goal: To work their hardest for a great cause!

Join the Core Fitness 5K Club!
Walkers, joggers and runners are all welcome to join us this season as we take on the Jersey Shore!  Join and receive a 2014 t-shirt or tank, and six-week written training program.  Members will warm up as a group before races, cheer each other on at the finish line and party together after! Tips, advice and training runs will be posted on our 5K Club facebook page.  (www.facebook.com/corefitness5kclub) . We encourage members to post their own tips and questions as well! We hope that you will even schedule some practice runs/walks with one another to help stay motivated! The first race will be the St Marys Spring Into Summer 5K on Middletown.
